The main features of electric wire rope hoist is as follow:

1. On lifting motor

4. On rope drum.

• Weld rope drum is light in terms of dead weight.
• Coil casing is made from superior cast iron with high intensity.
• Rope guide is used to avoid intertwining of wire rope and ensure the normal operation of electric wire rope hoist.
• No disturbance between rope sockets and has long working life.
• The rope drum is high quality and is easily interchangeable.

5. On steel wire rope.

The wire rope of electric wire rope hoist is mad of GB/T 20118-2006(6*37+1) hoisting wire rope, with the features of anti-tensile, good flexibility and good resistance to impact, long working life.

6. On hook.

The hook of electric wire rope hoist is made of high quality carbon steel which ensures high security, can bear triple static load. Equipped with spring–loaded sturdy safety catch, electric wire rope hoist is kept from releasing of slings.

7. On fire stopper.

Fire stopper is made of adjustable mechanical memory structure with high sensitivity, equipped with limiting stopper, preventing hook clashing the top. The fire stopper has the feature of high safety and durability, easy installation and debugging, sensitive reaction, small and exquisite, etc.

8. On overload limiter.
